Run Your Own Multi-Million Dollar Business

This isn't a classroom lecture. Within hours of arriving, you and your fellow campers will establish your own real-time cooperative. You will elect a Board of Directors, hire a General Manager, and run a daily camp canteen store. At the end of the week, you'll democratically decide how to distribute the business's real financial profits—just like a real electric co-op handles capital credits.

Hands-On Learning & Regional Tours

Discover how energy powers our modern world. From high-voltage electrical safety demonstrations to exclusive insider tours of massive regional power generation facilities (like Tri-State's Craig Station), you'll get a firsthand look at engineering, technology, and economic infrastructure in action.

Classic Summer Fun

Balance your leadership seminars with mountain recreation. Enjoy a week packed with outdoor sports, river rafting or local canyon exploration, a competitive camp talent show, and social mixers designed to forge deep, long-distance friendships.
